Terror trial evidence must remain secret

A law student jailed yesterday for possession of a bombmaking manual was a ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■, the Old Bailey has heard.

Erol Incedal, 27, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison after a jury convicted him last year of possessing a document likely to be useful to terrorists. However, that jury failed to agree a verdict on a more serious charge of plotting terrorist attacks in Britain and last week a second jury acquitted him of that count.
